Social Media Producer (Atlanta)

Sports Card Investor, the leading source of sports card news, data and analysis, is excited to expand its quickly growing team with the addition of a Social Media Producer.

If selected for this role, your primary focus will be to identify, create and schedule compelling and engaging content for Sports Card Investor’s social channels. You’ll coordinate with our graphic designers, videographers and on camera talent to create great content. You’ll also monitor and engage in social conversations and build our social following. Additionally, we’ll ask you to contribute to the strategy of our products and suggest great ideas to expand our impact.

You might be great for this role if you enjoy staying at the forefront of sports card social trends, can create captions and copy on the fly, are great with building relationships online, are passionate about creating engaging content, work fast, and want to geek out with the rest of our team while we’re revolutionizing the sports card hobby.

This is a full-time, salaried position, with benefits. This is a studio-based job, so only candidates located in or near Atlanta will be considered. If remote, a move within the first 3 months of accepting the position will be required. Occasional travel to industry events will be required.

Content Director, Emerging Brands (Atlanta)

Sports Card Investor, the leading source of sports card news, data and analysis, is excited to expand its quickly growing team with the addition of a Content Director for Emerging Brands.

If selected for this role, your primary focus will be to strategize, implement, organize and manage all content and production for new brands we’re working on in the areas of trading card games, collectibles, NFTs, and business advice. This includes overseeing all content posted to these emerging brands’ Youtube, social media channels and website. Additionally, you will be responsible for fulfilling sponsor and product marketing needs, and tracking and presenting key performance indicators, such as engagement and financial metrics.

You might be great for this role if you enjoy leading a creative team, are highly organized, manage projects well, and are comfortable delivering on many deadlines in a fast-paced environment. We need you to have knowledge of sports and collectibles, a desire to stay on top of current trends and news, an ability to bring new fresh ideas, and a passion to geek out with the rest of our team while we’re revolutionizing the collectibles industry.

UI/UX Designer (Atlanta or Remote – U.S. Only)

If selected for this role, your primary focus will be to create visually appealing, easy-to-use interfaces for our Market Movers software, Sports Card Investor app, SportsCardInvestor.com website, email newsletter, and other digital platforms. Additionally, we’ll ask you to create visually compelling graphics for other uses (such as social media), contribute to the strategy of our products, and suggest great ideas to expand our impact.

You might be great for this role if you enjoy researching how users interact with products, love crafting compelling user interfaces, are passionate about great design, work fast, and want to geek out with the rest of our team while we’re revolutionizing the sports card hobby.

This is a full-time, salaried position, with benefits. We are work-from-home friendly, so we are open to candidates located anywhere in the continental United States, although candidates located in or near Atlanta will get priority consideration. Occasional travel (4-6 times per year) to our headquarters in Atlanta and industry events will be required.

Product Manager, Emerging Products (Atlanta or Remote – U.S. Only)

Sports Card Investor, the leading source of sports card news, data and analysis, is excited to expand its quickly growing team with the addition of a Product Manager for Emerging Products.

If selected for this role, your primary focus will be to facilitate the creation and growth of new products and businesses under the Sports Card Investor umbrella. You will participate in the ideation, design, planning and profitability planning of these products. You will own the product backlog, synthesizing internal and external stakeholder feedback to prioritize work. You will work closely with our lead designer, our expanded product team and our customers to ensure consistent delivery of high value, performant features. You will work with our Vice President of Product Development to maintain product roadmaps and to track Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s). You will also work with our Product Marketing team to promote these products and to grow our customer base. 

This candidate who fills this position will not initially have any direct reports but may be asked to hire or facilitate interviews as products potentially grow into stand alone offerings.

You might be great for this role if you have strong business and marketing acumen, a passion for sports and gaming, a spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship, experience with software development or manufacturing, and if you are comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Lead Full Stack Software Developer (Atlanta or Remote – U.S. Only)

Sports Card Investor, the leading source of sports card news, data and analysis, is excited to expand its quickly growing team with the addition of a Lead Full Stack Software Developer.

If selected for this role, your primary focus will be to build the world’s best sports card data platforms using ReactJs and NodeJs/Express. We’ll also ask you to lead and coach other developers, contribute to the strategy of our products and suggest great ideas to expand our impact.

You might be great for this role if you have a love for coding and learning, work well in a remote environment, and are a high-energy strong communicator who can join an expert team working with limited direction. If you are a sports fan and have a passion for collecting cards, you’ll feel right at home.

The Work:

  • Expand and evolve our analytics SaaS platform used by thousands of hobbyists, collectors and professional investors worldwide
  • Build new features (screens, interactions, workflows) based on mockups and wireframes
  • Build APIs and services that integrate with eBay and other APIs
  • Improve areas of the application and resolve bugs
  • Lead and mentor other developers on our team

Required skills/experience: 

  • Strong understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), CSS and HTML concepts
  • 3+ years of ReactJs development experience
  • 3+ years of NodeJs development experience
  • Experience working with 3rd-party APIs
  • Well versed in PostgreSQL or other modern databases
  • Fluency in Git, GitHub and source code management concepts
