By participating in any Sports Card Investor (“SCI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) social media giveaway, sweepstakes, or promotional contest (each, a “Giveaway”), you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of SCI, which are final and binding in all respects.

1. Eligibility

Giveaways are open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry unless otherwise stated in the specific Giveaway announcement.

Employees, contractors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members of SCI are not eligible to participate or win.

Void where prohibited by law.

2. Giveaway Overview

SCI may offer Giveaways from time to time through its official social media accounts, websites, livestreams, newsletters, or community platforms.

Specific details for each Giveaway — including entry deadlines, prize descriptions, winner selection methods, and additional requirements — will be provided in the applicable Giveaway post or announcement and are incorporated into these Official Rules by reference.

If there is any conflict between these Official Rules and the specific Giveaway announcement, the specific Giveaway announcement will govern for that particular Giveaway.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must follow the instructions outlined in the applicable Giveaway announcement.

Entry methods may include:

Following SCI social media accounts
Liking or commenting on posts
Tagging friends or other users
Sharing or reposting content
Completing forms or surveys
Participating in livestream chats or community activities

SCI social media accounts may include, but are not limited to:

X (formerly Twitter)
Facebook

Limit one (1) entry per person per Giveaway unless otherwise specified.

Use of multiple accounts, bots, automated systems, scripts, or fraudulent entry methods is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

SCI reserves the right to determine eligibility and validity of entries in its sole discretion.

4. User Content Guidelines

If entry requires submission of comments, photos, videos, usernames, captions, or other content (“User Content”):

User Content must be original and created by the entrant
User Content may not infringe upon the rights of any third party
User Content may not contain unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or inappropriate material
User Content may not promote violence, illegal activity, or discrimination
User Content may not contain malware, viruses, or harmful code

By submitting User Content, entrants grant SCI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, repost, display, reproduce, and promote such content in connection with SCI marketing and promotional activities.

SCI reserves the right to remove or disqualify any entry containing prohibited content.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

Winner(s) will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received unless otherwise stated in the Giveaway announcement.

If a potential winner:

does not respond within three (3) days,
cannot be contacted,
is found ineligible, or
fails to comply with these Official Rules,

SCI may select an alternate winner.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Prize Restrictions

Prize details and approximate retail value (“ARV”) will be described in the applicable Giveaway announcement.

Prizes:

are non-transferable,
may not be redeemed for cash,
and may not be substituted except by SCI in its sole discretion.

SCI reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

8. Shipping & Taxes

SCI will generally provide standard shipping for winners located within the United States unless otherwise specified.

International winners may be responsible for shipping fees, duties, customs charges, taxes, or import restrictions.

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance are the sole responsibility of the winner.

9. Platform Disclaimer

Giveaways are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, or any other social media platform used to promote the Giveaway.

Participants release all social media platforms from any responsibility or liability related to the Giveaway.

10. Conditions of Participation

SCI is not responsible for:

lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, damaged, or corrupted entries or prize shipments;
incorrect or inaccurate shipping information provided by entrants;
failed, returned, delayed, stolen, or undeliverable deliveries;
technical failures, platform outages, or internet interruptions;
unauthorized intervention, fraud, or tampering;
hardware, software, server, or network malfunctions;
or any errors in the administration of the Giveaway.

Once a prize has been transferred to the shipping carrier, SCI is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

SCI reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

SCI also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate a Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

11. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, participation in a Giveaway constitutes winner’s consent for SCI to use winner’s name, username, likeness, photograph, voice, hometown, and/or prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

12. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sports Card Investor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, contractors, sponsors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

participation in the Giveaway,
acceptance or use of any prize,
or any Giveaway-related activity.

All prizes and Giveaway materials are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

13. Governing Law

These Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Official Rules or any Giveaway shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

Participants waive any right to class action claims.

14. Winners List

Winner names may be announced on SCI social media accounts or made available upon request within a reasonable period following the conclusion of the applicable Giveaway.
